First Baptist is dedicated to partnering with parents in seeing their children receive a great spiritual foundation for their lives. Each week your child can be a part of exciting environments that teach godly values at an age-appropriate level leading to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.

Each week your child can grow in their faith through:

1) Sunday School:

Sunday school classes are provided for children ages 3 years-12th grade. The curriculum introduces children to biblical stories, concepts, and doctrine with the goal of leading them to be devoted followers of Christ.  Childcare is provided for children under 2.

2) AWANA:

AWANA ["Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed - 2 Timothy 2:15] is a Bible-centered program that focuses on learning and memorizing God's Word in a fun atmosphere. Each week, the purpose of Awana is to support parents in providing consistent, positive teaching and training that stresses strong moral and spiritual values. Our clubbers learn about the reality of God and the truth of the Bible.

First Baptist Church of Mableton offers AWANA Clubs for ages 2 - 5th grade each Wednesday night at 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the fellowship hall.  We’ve designed a four-part program to maximize your child’s attention, energy and time.
